I am an in-network provider for:
Medicare Part B
Medicaid (RAE-7, which includesEl Paso, Teller, and Park Counties)
For other insurances, I am happy to provide you with a receipt you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services may be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out of network mental health services.
Some helpful questions include:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need approval from my primary care provider?
Rates
Psychotherapy sessions are $200+/hour
Capacity and Neuropsychological evaluations are $250/hour, which includes interviewing, record review, testing, report writing, and a feedback session.
Payment
I accept payment via debit, credit, or Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a late cancellation fee.
